We are now hiring an FP&A Supervisor to join our team in Dublin on
a temporary 6 month basis.

Primary Accountabilities:-
Lead the periodic financial close processes, coordinating with
multiple parties to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results and
commentary on variance analysis.
Working with multiple stakeholders to deliver periodic rolling
financial forecasts providing insights and identifying risks and
opportunities to present to the Senior Leadership team.
Deliver against all sector reporting requirement (Rolling forecast,
Cause of change, periodic business review) and presenting same to BU
Leadership team.
Business partner for budget holders relating to cost of sales,
logistics, sales, general and administration expenses.
Work closely with the commercial business partner, UK finance team,
Head of Finance and budget holders to ensure reporting and forecast
accuracy and transparency
Ensure full governance processes are adhered to and prepare balance
sheet reconciliations to provide transparency and control of balance
sheet accounts
Coordinate and ensure all aspects of GCS (Global Control Standards)
are adhered to throughout the organisation
Provide support in the implementation of SAP and Cognos TM1
Key point of contact for Audit and other 3rd party queries
Qualifications/Requirements
Essential Skills:-
Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACA, ACCA or other recognised body;
Experience of working in an FMCG or Multinational organisation
Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills to all levels within
Organization and the ability to provide strong leadership
Experienced at analysing and distilling large amounts of data into
meaningful and presentable content to support decision making
Strong presentation skills
Advanced Excel skills
Financial planning and forecasting skills
Good knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Cognos TM1 highly desirable)
Desirable Skills:
Assertive and independent with the ability to cope effectively under
pressure and to tight deadlines
Consistently works against the right priorities
Demonstrates a sense of passion, enjoyment and pride about their work
